一、教學目標(Objective)

Students will learn and demonstrate the ability to

  1. to practice their English teaching skills to build up their confidence in teaching
  2. to improve English teaching skills through supervision of their teacher and other classmates.
  3. To acquire English teaching effectiveness through the implementation and verification of teaching theories into practice.
  4. To understand and experience the school organization and the substance of the teaching profession.

二、教材大綱(Outline)

  1. English teaching in elementary schools in Taiwan: the benchmarks in English curriculum, the task books, teaching time, etc.
  2. The relationships between English teaching goals, teaching activities design and teaching strategies.
  3. How to integrate language four skills learning and differentiation strategies in teaching process.
  4. The relationships between teaching materials and teaching activities
  5. Assessments in English teaching process
  6. Teaching Demonstration, giving feedbacks and reflections.
